We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. We make sure what is purchased is in good condition and not damaged. But we do understand that shipping can cause some issues. If you would like to return an item due to damage please do so with the tags attached to it for refunds and/or exchanges within 21 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be honored 21 days after purchase.
If you are returning an item for other reasons, the tag should be attached to it and it must be in good condition - meaning no tears, scratches, breaks or stains. Once again, no returns or exchanges will be honored 21 days after purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. Once we receive and inspect the item, if it is in good condition, we will refund the cost of shipping in addition to the cost of the item plus the sales tax.
If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. So make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified.
For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.
For PayPal payments, please allow 2-5 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.

If we get notification or tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the Carrier, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. Once you inform us, we will contact the Carrier and will open up a case with them. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to investigate the matter and arrive at a resolution. If you still do not receive your order within the 2 to 3 weeks of investigating, we will provide you with a replacement if the item is still in stock. If it is out of stock, a comparable item will be sent. If comparable items are out of stock, we will then issue a refund.
